KY Maple School
The predecessor to the Kentucky Maple School originally began as a regional event that was held in December. As more maple syrup producers became interested in the School, it grew along with the formation of the Kentucky Maple Syrup Association as a statewide event and the date was moved to the fall. Each year, the School allows for maple syrup producers to come together to learn about current topics in maple production. It also allows for the producers to get to know each other and share ideas. The 2020 Maple School featured a variety of speakers as well as updates from the Kentucky Maple Syrup Association and the University of Kentucky ACER grant.
